Refund policy

We sell CollarZen on a thirty-day promise, and this page is that promise written down so you can read it before you pay rather than after.

The short version

If CollarZen doesn't change anything for your dog, email us at support@neekozen.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund your order in full. You do not need to ship anything back. You do not need to fill in a form, supply photographs, or explain yourself. You wrote to us — that is enough.

What "in full" means

The full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged, returned to the original payment method. We do not deduct a restocking fee and we do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you ask us to.

The thirty days

The window runs for 30 days from the day your order is delivered, not from the day you ordered it, so a slow delivery never eats into your trial. If your tracking never shows a delivery, write to us and we will either replace the order or refund it, your choice.

Why we don't ask for the collar back

A calming collar has to be worn to be tested, and a worn collar is of no use to anyone else. Asking you to post one back would cost you a trip and cost us more than the collar is worth. Keep it, throw it away, or give it to someone whose dog might use it.

If you bought a multi-collar kit and have unopened collars left, you are welcome to keep those too. We would rather you kept them than felt the refund came with conditions.

How to ask

Email support@neekozen.com from the address you ordered with, or include your order number. A person reads it. We aim to reply within one business day and to issue the refund within two business days of replying. Your bank then takes its own time — usually five to ten business days — to show the money back on your statement.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If a collar arrives damaged, or the order is wrong or incomplete, tell us and we will put it right at our expense. This is separate from the thirty-day guarantee and is not limited by it.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you email us before your order ships, we will cancel it and refund you immediately. Once it has shipped, the thirty-day guarantee above covers you.

A note on what CollarZen is

CollarZen is a calming aid, not a medication. It does not sedate, and it is not a substitute for veterinary care for a dog with a diagnosed condition. Dogs respond differently to it, which is precisely why the guarantee exists in this form.
