Ordering and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it; we will tell you if that happens.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot ship to your address, where payment is refused, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

The thirty-day guarantee

Every order is covered by our refund policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund without returning anything. It is a term of this contract, not a goodwill gesture, and nothing in these terms limits it.

What CollarZen is, and what it is not

CollarZen is a calming collar for dogs: a strip of thermoplastic rubber carrying a calming pheromone and plant essential oil blend, released by the dog's body heat over roughly 60 days. It is a calming aid and not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, it does not sedate, and it is not a substitute for veterinary care.

Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. Individual dogs respond differently, and any description of what owners commonly report is not a guarantee of outcome for your dog. If your dog shows aggression or severe distress, consult a licensed veterinarian. It is made for adult dogs; check with your vet before using it on a dog under 12 weeks, on a pregnant or nursing dog, or on a dog already medicated for anxiety.

Using it safely

Fit the collar with room for two fingers underneath and check the fit as your dog grows. Remove it if you see irritation on the skin beneath it. It is not a restraint, a lead-anchor or a tracking device, and it is not a substitute for a properly fitted walking collar or harness. Keep it away from cats, who are more sensitive to essential oils than dogs, and do not let any animal chew or swallow it.

Reviews and customer content

Reviews on this site were written by customers and are published as they wrote them, apart from trimming for length. We do not pay for reviews and we do not delete a review because it is unfavourable. If you send us a review or a photograph, you give us permission to publish it alongside your first name; tell us and we will remove it.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations and design on this website belong to Be Neo LLC or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
